Product Donations

If you have something specific you would like to offer the residents, please let us know. For example, we have a group of hair stylists that come to Mercy to donate haircuts. Retailers have donated cooking classes, movie tickets, or other activities for the residents. These opportunities are limited due to the very busy schedule of the residents because while they are here in the program, their focus must be on their counseling and classes.

Individuals may also donate the following products and materials from their own resources or from a product “drive.” All donated items are stored in our “Blessings Closet”, so that girls with little or no monetary support may have access to items that they need on a daily basis:

• Toiletries (examples: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, face scrubs)
• Clothes and shoes (all sizes)*
• Styling equipment (examples: straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers, new brushes)
• Craft and art supplies (examples: scrapbooking materials, construction paper, stationary)
• Cars (for our local graduates)
• Baby Items

*Due to young age of most of our residents, clothes that are current and youthful are appreciated.
